Feeling weighed down by
others' expectations?

You may be masking and/or muting. It's a common phenomenon, especially for ADHD women and it can
show up in various ways...

-
pretending to be something you're not
-
saying it's fine when it's anything but
-
not speaking up for yourself
-
toning down your personality to make others feel more comfortable
When we mask/mute ourselves. we hide our true selves from the world & cause ourselves so much pain.

After decades of twisting ourselves into pretzels in an effort to fit in, we eventually hit our breaking point (usually during midlife) where we're simply fed up with the OVERWHELM, BURNOUT and EXHAUSTION!
